Additional topics for business/teams include:

- Improving Focus

- Leadership 2.5

Mental Toughness
Enhancement for Parents

1 hour session for parents and coaches to establish expectations in behavior and communication that will be most beneficial for their athletes to perform consistently at a high level.

"Weapons" are given to parents in order for them to help their athlete become a PTPer (Prime Time Performer). The tactics given are for pre, during and post competition.

Coaches can help design this presentation with what procedures they want to have communicated to the parents.

Mental Toughness Recap (MTR)

30-40 minute session ideal for postseason.

These are meant to remind athletes of their ability rather than add information in order for individuals & teams to perform their best. There is a major difference of being the best player/team & the player/team that performs their best. The latter has the best chance to win the last game of the season.

Keynote Speaking

Invite me to speak to your organization on topics to improve the performance of all participants. "Weapons" (tactics) will be given as an immediate meaningful takeaway for all.

There are numerous topics I am able to speak on and we can customize the speaking engagement to best fill your organization's needs.
